This last weekend was the final race of the 2011 National Hare and Hound Series.  I pretty much had the #4 spot locked up, and short of Destry DNFing and me winning there was no way I could move up in the points standings.  For me, this weekend was about proving that I could win one of these races, and that was my plan… well until I broke my foot.

The second half of the National Hare and Hound Series kicked off this weekend, I was back home in Lucerne Valley, and it was a Saturday race, so the whole week was dedicated to winning this weekend’s race.  At this point I needed to step it up and prove that I could really run up front at these things, because I really don’t want people to think that I have just gotten lucky this year.

After this last weekend, all I can say is I LOVE IDAHO! Seriously, everything about this weekend was as perfect as it could have ever been! I got to Tour the Pro Moto Billet/Fastway Factory, We had a big autograph signing at the ford dealership, the course was awesome and full of water and snow everywhere, AND I FINISHED SECOND OVERALL AT A NATIONAL HARE AND HOUND!
