 Hopefully by this point you have heard the fantastic news that I have been invited to participate in the 2011 ESPN X-Games Seventeen here in Los Angeles, California. This is probably the biggest opportunity that I have had in my racing career so far. This coming Sunday, July 31, 2011 I hope to show everyone what I am capable of. We will be bringing the entire Off Road Support Team, and I have family coming in from across the country.
My sponsors have truly stepped up and made this dream a reality for me with their continued support. Jason, my trainer, and I completely change the workout up for the EX season. At this point, the strength is important, but I basically need to have the ability to go 100 miles per hour for about 8 minutes at a time. Then I need my body to recover as quickly as possible, so I can do it all over again, maybe 15 or 20 minutes later. Our work out schedule has been designed to reflectthat, and every time I get on the track, I try to ride like I am in a moto. Just get my body used to getting worked really hard, with a short recovery between each ride. After the Last Dog Standing event, and really before as well, we just try and get a good two days of Moto and EX a week. We alternate between a few different tracks in So Cal.  I am really hoping to be a top 10 this year at Endurocross, and I know that it all starts with Round 1 at X Games!
